Total Economic Impact™ Study Finds 321% ROI for Flare’s Customers

le 23 juillet, 2025

We’re proud to share that Forrester Consulting, a leading global research and continuous guidance firm, conducted a commissioned Total Economic Impact (TEI) study of deploying Flare. Forrester released findings that with this platform, customers can see a: 321% return on investment (ROI) over three years with a net present value (NPV) of $699,000, and a payback period under six months.

How Did Forrester Come Up with these Numbers?

Forrester interviewed a few Flare customers, then put together a “composite company” to figure out Flare’s ROI. Here’s the profile for the composite company:

  • A globally distributed organization generating $10 billion in annual revenue
  • Supports 15,000 employees worldwide
  • 25 full-time employees dedicated to security operations and incident response

What are Forrester’s Autres Findings?

The study found that the composite organization achieved:

  • A 25% reduction in risk of data breaches (resulting in $509,100 avoided costs related to breaches)
  • A 25% gain in productivity and $166,900 in labor savings
  • A 31% reduction in licence fees as compared to legacy solutions

What Did Our Customers Say About Us?

We’re very proud of the work we do in contributing to a safer digital world. Here’s what our customers had to say:

“The difference with Flare is the fact that their intelligence is deeper and more detailed. Being able to produce malware logs, copies of data, data leaks, and the like – it is very powerful for us to have that visibility. There are very few vendors in the space able to do what Flare does.”

– Senior Incident and Threat Hunting Specialist, Consulting

“Flare has sped up our research into an incident. Rather than spending hours crawling around the dark web, now we just spend a few minutes checking on a hunch, and we can eliminate ideas on how somebody came into possession of something.”

– VP of Software and Cloud, Telecom

“Flare has become a force multiplier for us. We don’t have a big team, but with Flare, we’re doing the work of a much larger one.”

– Senior Incident Response Manager, Electronics Firm
